Building a Movement, Not Just a Rescue
LaMa’s shelter has become more than a place for animals in crisis — it’s a hub for community collaboration. We believe real change happens when people come together, so we’re always finding new ways to involve others in this work.

Looking Ahead
We’re always seeking new opportunities to expand our network. LaMa is currently building relationships with regional and national organizations to increase access to funding, spay/neuter resources, and training.
Our long-term vision includes a community-focused clinic where education, affordable care, and collaboration come together to create a sustainable model for animal welfare in Northwest Louisiana.
